[DML] Clutch pedal adjustment help

Hello all,

I have the adjustable clutch linkage installed in my car. However, the
clutch pedal is about 4 inches higher than the brake pedal. I also
noticed there is NO BOLT in the 10mm stop bolt bracket. Should there
be a bolt here? And to adjust the pedal down would I increase the
distance between the clevises or decrease the distance? Thank you very
much for all help you could give me.
