[DML] Re: Lack of power at low RPMs

Start with a visual inspection. Look all around the areas you had your
hands in. You may have knocked a vacuum hose loose, or a spark plug
wire. Look around the frequency valve to make sure you didn't unplug
it or the little wire going to the intake manifold. Check that the
valve buzzes.  Try taking out the air filter. Maybe it is not the
right one?
