The reason for the higher price for the Mustang vs. the higher price for the 
DeLorean is that the Mustang is a musclecar. Obviously, this is not the only 
reason, but the musclecar market has exploded; any musclecar is worth a lot 
more than before. Just take a look at any Mopars, rare Mustangs, and many of the 
Camaro and Chevelle SS's. Musclecars were musclecars up until around 1972 or 
so, and cars in the musclecar era are highly demanded. The DeLorean wasn't in 
the musclecar era, and aren't as highly demanded.
