[DML] Re: Problem #1 Starting Problem...



OK the "buzzing" sound I mentioned earlier is coming from what I 
think is the idle speed regulator. (the thing on the left side of 
the motor with a plug on top of it) I touched it and it is indeed 
running. 

This morning it cranked for a while before the engine would fire. 
Does this indicate flood condition related to the aforementioned 
part?
