[DML] Speedo cable bracket

I tried in vain to remove my broken Speedometer Cable Support Bracket from
the LF wheel yesterday...the bolts would not budge despite my best
efforts.

The bolts are now soaking in PB Blaster, but can I get someone to confirm
for me that these bolts are not reverse-threaded? I'd hate to think I was
tightening them. Next step: impact wrench.
