Unless you find someone parting out a car, this can be a tough item to
find, and expensive when you can find it. Recovering  is generally the
only option I know of, but you could try one of the vinyl repair kits
like you see advertised on tv.. I'm actually experimenting with one of
those kits on my own cracked dash and glovebox door.. leveling the
surface with the stuff is easy enough but getting the right texture back
is a heck of a challange, but I havent really put much effort into it yet.
