I did the same thing with the same model touchscreen monitor. Mine is 
mounted on the passenger knee pad. Let me know if you want to compare any 
notes on software etc.. I was able to keep the sound system with Sirius Sat 
and have XM Sat on the computer.

Yes, the computer is also the sound system.  It is still a work in  progress
and of course a labor of love. We all know about those  right!

I plan to install an AC vent in the drivers side, right hand knee  pad and
the passenger side knee pad.  It would be nice to get a set of door  vents 
so
they match the others.
