Hi Chris,
I must have been lucky on my car since mine came off
real easily :).From memory you just undo the nuts
holding it onto the lower control arm,undo the two
brackets holding it to the frame and pull it out.If it
won't come out then I guess you'll need some kind of
penetrating oil to free it up and plenty of elbow
grease.Good luck with it.
