Tom, Some of the parts are aftermarket but most or new OE and the ones that
are aftermarket are made to or better than OE because they have had time to
improve the quality.

Of course they don't...  The 11 secret herbs and spices The Colonel uses
in his chicken are kept under wraps too.  Odds are good that a lot of
the parts and techniques DMCH uses could be purchased directly for less
from other vendors.  DMCH had done testing and research, they own it,
and if they are going to remain a viable entity to support us they
deserve to protect it.  Toby and John Hervey do the legwork for us to
find and package aftermarket items we could probably buy cheaper
elsewhere - if we were willing to go out and bang on suppliers doors
too.  Even after this these guys have to warranty their finds. 

Sometimes you just have to smile and pay.
