DEGREASER.
You can use some plain old DAWN soap, or SIMPLE GREEN works pretty good.
Just try to keep the degreaser off the rubber, plastic and tires.
If you do, it will suck the black out and make them gray and ashy.
To fix this get some TRIM & SHINE and spray it on.
