Well, make sure the fan is turning the right way.  If you've had it on 
the bench, I reckon it's OK.
Does the A/C blow cold?  Remember the clogged evap earlier?  Jake 
Kamphoeffner, I think.  His evap was crudified and it didn't work right. 
Is the accumulator sweating inordinately?  That would seem to be an 
attendant symptom of a clogged evap.
If it is, I can't think of a good way to clean it without dismantling 
it.  Squirting water blindly thru' the fan hole doesn't sound profitable.
