When you see corrosion like this on a PWB it is a good
bet that some of the copper traces on the board have
become "open".

Use a jewelers loop, and inspect the board looking for
broken copper traces.  When you find them, solder a
wire across the break.

If you want, send it to me and I will try and fix it
for you.  (no charge)
