[DML] Off white dipstick....HELP

I just replaces the fallowing

Water Pump
all hoses attached in back
Fuel Dist.
All new gaskets in the intake area,ypipe,

I pulled the dipstick out and its an offwhite, alost brown cream color.
Is this bad? The oil has sat for over a year+. I installed fresh
engine collent, Is this a bleeding collent problem?
