[DML] Engine cover

Hello.. I've run into a problem with the hatch (screen) cover on the 
motor.  It takes two people to open it.  One pulls the cable and the 
other lifts the cover.  It seems to me that it should be spring 
loaded.  The same is true for the front, but it only requires one to 
pull the handle and lift the cover.  Thanks
