To Dave T's suggestions for pressurizing the cooling system to find the
leak, I would add the following caution:

Be careful not to overpressurize the system >15 psi.

Beyond blowing hoses I've heard that the paper shims under the cylinder
sleeves can be blow out of position causing coolant to leak into the
oil pan.  Though it may take much higher pressure for the latter to
occur, why risk it?
