Re: [DML] car mysteriously dies - still!




I had a car in with a similar problem and what was absolutely mad was 
that it died when pushing the brake pedal. it turned out that one of the 
pins inside the plug going to the interia switch was falling out and 
making an intermittent connection. Moving the carpet was enough to kill it.

Otherwise I'd recommend re-crimping (not just cleaning) the connections 
to our ballast resistor and coil
