Done it.  Twice.  It's everywhere.  Someday I'll invest the time necessary 
to do some more major work on the electrical system, but in the meantime, 
the deep cycle battery is just the right kind of insurance.

I con't recall the exact figure, but mine's somewhere in the 80s, so you 
can see why a battery doesn't last too long when it sits.
