[DML] Forgot To Mention Re: Potential Wiring Harness Damage (Rich)

Forgot to mention: I don't think the wiring harnesses are supposed to
pass under the bracket that holds the shift boot cover/switches bezel.
The problem is: without some sort of restraint they have a tendency to
fall out on either side of the console (that's why I was routing mine
under the bracket). After repairing the damage caused by a piercing
trim screw, I added two staps 1/3 and 2/3 of the way along the center
spine to hold everything up top, and routed the harnesses safely on
the outside of that bracket. Makes installing those two nuts rather
obnoxious, but better than a short circuit.
