[DML] Catalytic Heat shield removal

Any tricks to removing the Cat heat shield? I have to admit I didn't play 
with it very long but the bolts seem to be on top of the shield UNDER the 
Cat! Doesn't leave a lot of clearance for removal; Josh, can you help me out 
on this one? Thanks!
