[DML] PRV FIXED!!

After weeks (or months...) of great frustration I've finally got it
nailed down. PRV finally runs 800RPM without fluctuation up and down,
no skipping or misfiring, and most importantly; it now runs SMOOTHLY!
I cleaned the terminals to the CPR, as well as a few other terminals,
did the CO adj and timing, and now it is running like new. PO just had
the garage tune the engine to run on the old "worn" parts that I've
replaced-once I replaced parts to new it ran like hell, so it took a
long time to figure out and re-adjust everything the garage did. It's
like having a whole new DeLorean when the engine is running perfectly.
Anyway, I just wanted to thank all of those who've helped me on and
off list in my efforts to get this motor running good and keeping me
from ripping it out and throwing it off a cliff. Thanks again guys!
