Re: [DML] Engine woes




I just talked to the Mechanic and he has sent the head out to a machine 
shop to have it welded and resurfaced. It was cylinder # 6 that it had 
eaten through to, also had done the same thing on # 4 and was almost 
there on # 1.  On the bright side, there is no carbon on the piston 
crowns on those two cylinders. This might explain the slight miss that 
I was never able to smooth out in the idle. Should run better than ever 
when I get it back.
