This shows how it all should line up. This is what it should look like with
the so-called Volvo pump. There are two kinds of
Volvo pump, if the one you have has a flange with 4 screws you need a custom
pulley sold by the vendors.

The previous owner of my Delorean replaced the water pump
with a Volvo part. It appears the pully will not go far enough on
the shaft to line up with crankshaft and alternator. Anyone know if
this should have worked or what the correct replacement part
would be?
