Geesh! Only about a million of you wanted this file! :)

A lot of you responded to me, and I don't want to bog down my cable
modem and server at home. I am uploading the file to my hosted web site
so you can all download it. Don't know what kind of speed you will get,
but I am assuming it is better then home server!
