Verify vacuum at the booster. A kinked or otherwise blocked vacuum 
hose cause you not to have any power brakes. Also check the valve on 
the booster where the vacuum hose connects. If the check valve is 
stuck it can prevent vacuum from getting into the booster. If you 
still have a hard pedal then it is possible that the booster is bad.
