Hello Mike,
i rearranged the list of jobs you have here to give you some help. the 
zillas are simple plug-'n-play devices. even a rice-boy could do the job! i 
have experience in all of these areas except for a couple of the more 
difficult jobs....

in order of most simple job to most difficult job:

8) install fan zilla 
15) install lock zilla
9) install tank zilla
11) Fuel pump
13) upgrade alternator
2) electrical wiring problems/fuses ***these usually aren't too hard, but 
could be an electrical demon..***
7) replace speedometer cable
10) Stainless steel clutch cable

the next jobs, which get more difficult, are fairly to heavily labor 
instensive and may require a second person to help you:

1) replace door struts
3) window malfunctions/replace window motor ***if the little window is 
off-track, that's a tougher job than replacing the window motor.***
12) re-cover seats
5) a/c repair or recharge ***depends on if you have to overhaul the entire AC 
system. any decent shop can recharge the freon for about $100.***
6) replace headliner
14) replace rubber lseal/moulding around the door
4) Facia repair/replace ***if you have to replace it, then it would be down 
here - if you just have to do something while it is still on the car, it may 
be higher up***
