facia painting

I hate to ask something that has probably been asked many times but I did
not find a good answer in archives. I may buy a D that has a badly chipped
front facia. The rest of the car looks great. Is this a project a novice can
do or is this something a professional paint shop should do? Should they
have Delorean experience or can any reputable body shop handle it. How about
fixing slight eyebrows? Approx total cost?? .
