Re: [DML] Torsion bar adjustments

The door torsion bar adjustment is strictly a two person operation. Extreme care must be taken to prevent damage to the torsion bar anchor bolts and threads, T roof damage, rear window breakage and personal injury. We recommend that this procedure not be attempted by anyone not experienced or properly equipped in this procedure.

Subject: [DML] Torsion bar adjustments

I have read how involved this prcedure is but I do it buy myself with
a broom handle holding the door open and an alan wrench bit on my
extended breaker bar. Seems like the "proper instructions are a bit
of overkill" Am I alone on this or am I playing with fire.
