Be careful how you do the louvers. The two rectangular mini louvers at the 
lower edge are neither glued nor molded in place. They're held in by a type 
of black caulk, which I discovered after I got too close and blew one out 
onto the roof of my D while at a car wash! No damage, fortunately. 8-p
