Steve,

There is not an error in the wiring diagram concerning the cooling fan
circuit. The fan motors are powered from the battery and the factory
installed Fan Fail relay is activated by the run relay. You are correct
about the fact that most cars cooling fans ('s) will continue to run after
the ignition is turned off. The Fanzilla works in a similar fashion but
overrides the factory design to allow the fans to turn off sequentially even
after the ignition is turned off.
