Thanks for the explanation of your outside condensation problem. Moisture
collecting inside the blower housing is a common problem, you might try to
spray lithium grease on the bearings to prevent water damage. Condensation
collecting on the AC ductwork can be eliminated by coating the effected area
with spray undercoating. This product is available by the can at NAPA, ask
for product #765-2644.

Concerning your headlight switch, we checked with PJ Grady and, as you
mentioned, they have no record of sending you a headlight switch, contact us
directly so we can help you solve this mystery.
