Hi Richard,

My #17115 does roughly what you describe. However the behaviour goes
away when the engine warms up. The engine then responds very well to
the accelerator. It takes around 10 to 15 minutes to warm up, so
usually I start the car, clean off the childrens fingerprints with
cleaning alcohol and then drive the car.
