Justin,

Remove the upper door panel. Remove the cable to glass carrier assembly nuts
(parts manual 3/6/5 #5). Pull the cable end off the carrier studs and slide
the window up and closed, use clear plastic shipping tape to hold the window
in place.
CAUTION
Cover the edges of the access hole in the stainless door panel to prevent
the sharp edges from cutting your hands.
