Stian,

Certainly sounds like it is related to the clutch throwout bearing. Throwout
bearings rarely fail without sending out strange noises hundreds of miles
before failure. My only suggestion is to try to duplicate the noise again,
if it repeats as before its probably the throwout bearing talking to you.
