[DML] Re: Master/Slave cylinder



These parts should be fine then. Assuming there was no contamination in the 
reservoir or line itself, the seals should be okay. I don't understand why 
the former owner would put the plastic line back on though? I was just going 
by my experiences with the process you are getting ready to do. The only way 
to find out is to install the new line. 

In response to Rich's question about how long it should take. If I remember 
correctly, with the help of a DML member, it took about 1.5 hrs just going at 
a comfortable pace, but that was replacing the clutch master cylinder as 
well. Two days after we did that, the slave cylinder started leaking. You 
actual time may or may not be less than that.
