[DML] Re: front license plate bracket?

I STRONGLY recommend the front license bracket sold by Delorean Motor
Company - Houston. I live in Missouri and have the same requirement.

It does not require the drilling of holes in the bumper. It attaches to
some existing bolts under the bumper. It is my understanding that the
factory mounting kit required you to drill holes into the front bumper.
