[DML] DML structure

To all DML members and moderator.

I offer to change DML structure, i.e. to divide it to some categories.
The categories can be the following: 

1. Technical questions (this category can be also divided to some
categories, for example a: engine conversion, b: fuel system, c:
cosmetic works etc.) 

2. DeLorean events.

3. DMC-related web materials.

4. Other DMC-related cars.

5. BTTF

6. JZD

7. DeLorean Modeling.

8. DeLorean news.

9. Other DeLorean-related materials.

For example, I have not DeLorean yet, and consequently I am not
interested in reception of the messages with technical questions. 
I think, the majority from us would like to receive the DML messages
not from each category. It would be necessary to find out, that all of
you think in this occassion.
