Dear Rich,

There was a factory service bulletin covering Safety Campaign RA-0002
to cover throttle cable icing with a seal and splash shield
installation..The letter to dealers was dated1/20/82.
I don't have a scanner, but will send a copy snail mail if you
send your address..
