[DML] New D owner, with couple of questions

Hi everyone, this is my first post to the list, been a
member for a while but never posted, I just became a
proud delorean owner about 4 weeks ago, a 1982 vin #
10854, manual trans, grey interiour. Shes a a beauty
mechanicaly, or so says DMC Joe who has the car right
now giving it some love that only he can do :) (plug
for dmcjoe- hes a great guy!!)

Im sure coming down the road i will have many
questions for you guys, and firstly, my exteriour is
in great shape but the interiour needs some serious
work, it seems that the car has been outside most of
its life and the sun has not been kind to the insides.

Im looking to do a complete interiour restoration and
i would like to to use original parts for the
restoration, but im not looking to make my car a
contours quality D at the moment, so going to a
leather upholestry shop would be just as good for me
than original, my question is (finally) does anyone
have interiour parts for sale in almost new condition,
im looking for a dash, binacle, center console (whole
peice) ash tray, change holder, cargo net, and side
panels, (complete).

In addition, my hood has no visible dings or sratches,
it is a late 1982 hood that has no grooves or gas
flap, It seems to be showing (very minor) the X
pattern in the stainless, Firstly is there anyway of
removing this pattern or does anyone have a extra hood
for sale (prefer grooves or grooves with gas flap) or
would like to trade their hood for a 1982 style, i
would be willing to negociate price and conditions as
well.

I live in the Northern VA area and would really like
to meet (in person or virtually) any other people in
the area or state that own D's.

Anyways! Thanks everyone!
