[DML] Re: Engine swaps in violation of EPA law?




Don't get confused about the EPA. There is USEPA and then there is each state's EPA. Just because you are following "EPA" rules in VA, does not mean that those same rules apply in other states. Check to see if the rules you are speaking of are USEPA or VAEPA.
