[DML] Re: Window Motors



Mike -

Check to ensure it's not a cracked gear in the window transmission. These
gears are notorious for crapping out. I bought 2 new gears and my windows
work as good as new.

To check your motors here's what you need to do...

Disconnect the window motor from the window arm (one screw on the top and
bottom) and plug it back into the connectors...if it doesn't spin then check
to ensure it's getting power (apply a volt meter to the connectors).
