Our D had similar problems, not as bad though, the foam had disintegrated, 
and the cloth was hanging down a bit. Ed at Delorean One in chatsworth is 
replacing them in our car but I would assume any Delorean service center 
could either replace them or you could order the headliners from them and do 
it yourself...
