[DML] Death of Commercial Posting Thread

These were my call, Ed. I think the Commercial Posting Policy thread is
the most ridiculous (and embarrassing) one in the history of the DML.
By the end most subscribers probably deleted every message without
reading them. However, one or two posts contained what I considered
serious language that threatened the DML, and I believed that all the
subscribers should have a chance to read them and respond to them.

My week of moderation ends today. So that none of the other moderators
has to deal with this abomination, I'm declaring the Commercial Posting
Thread dead.
