[DML] [ADMIN] Problems Unsubscribing

This week several list members had trouble unsubscribing or changing
from the live to the digest version of the DML. The moderation team was
unable to help them, since the eGroups database showed that the changes
were already made. I complained to the eGroups support staff, and this
was their response:

> You can have them write to us individually so that we can investigate.

> There is a 24 hour delay so they may receive messages posted the
> same day that they subscribed

Based on the complaints I've seen, perhaps sometimes the delay is longer
than 24 hours.
