>From the inside: Pull the top dress-up panel off.
Pull off the connecting rods on the back of the lock
unit.
Slide clip off. Push lock out.

It seems that there were a couple of different clips
or mechanisms to secure the lock to the door skin,
depending on your production range. But they are all
basically the same-- some either slides over or screws
down on the lock casing to secure it to the skin.
