[DML] DeLorean spotted in North Branch, NJ

This morning, around 8:30am, I was driving to college and I saw a 
Delorean right past me. I didn't recognize the driver, it was all so 
fast. But he noticed that the driver of the red Neon, me, was 
staring at the car :) I waved to the driver and he waved back, I 
wanted to stop and talk to him, but there was no way to stop. 
Who was it?????
