I would have the RPM (fuel) relay replaced.  If it
still doesn't start, place a paperclip in the 87B and
30 (bottom left and top right) and see if the fuel
pump runs - just like this.

If the fuel pump runs, check your cold start valve and
make sure it's getting fuel.  Could be a faulty
thermotime switch as well.
