[DML] Window Replacement

I have a new drivers side toll booth window with the plastic hardware attached.  I would like to know
If anyone can give me an idea of how to replace the window.   Can it be done by just removing the upper panel
or does the arm rest need to come off too?

I've been inside my doors before for solenoid replacement and new door handles etc... so I'm not afraid to give it a try.   If anyone has some hints, tips or a step-by-step please let me know
