[DML] HOWTO's # 17 and 18 are released

Hello all,

   Its been too long but i'd rether be driving my car
in the summer than working on it.  Either way with
inspection comming up, work had to be done.

Howto # 17 is the replacment if the O2 sensor.
Howto # 18 is the reseting of the lambda counter.

Please have a look and let me know what you think.  I
hope their helpful.  There will be more on the way.
