[DML] 106679 Ignition electrical switch

This part is available for about $130 from DMC (Texas) and probably the
other big vendors as well. They do fail from time to time, but not too
often. More difficult to come by is the actual ignition cylinder (where the
key goes, part #100823). We rebuild them when necessary.
