I looked into that, since I lived there in my pre-DMC
days.
As best as anyone knows, they were bought "outside"
and shipped "in".
I've always thought that there were at least two, but
was never sure. One was painted red and later stripped
back down by a member of the list. AFAIK, he's still
up there with it.

I wonder if yours was the one that I drooled on in my
neighborhood as a kid... pre '88, in Anchorage.
